Sports travel experiences can involve specialist tickets and event arrangements, so please understand the following before confirming your booking.
Non-refundable tickets:
Sports attraction tickets and deposits are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable once confirmed.
Ticket-only bookings:
Where bookings are for tickets only, tickets remain non-refundable and non-exchangeable, even if an event is rescheduled. Supplier terms will apply.
Final balance payments:
Final balances must be paid by the agreed date stated at the time of booking. Customers are responsible for ensuring payments are made on time.
Ticket delivery:
Sports tickets are often issued 24–48 hours before the event and may require a smartphone, internet access and the ability to display digital tickets.

Olton Travel cannot be held responsible for access issues caused by device failure, lack of internet access, incorrect customer details or venue decisions outside our control.
