Non-refundable tickets:
Sports attraction tickets and deposits are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable once confirmed.
Ticket-only bookings:
Where bookings are for tickets only, tickets remain non-refundable and non-exchangeable, even if an event is rescheduled. Supplier terms will apply.
Final balance payments:
Final balances must be paid by the agreed date stated at the time of booking. Customers are responsible for ensuring payments are made on time.
Ticket delivery:
Sports tickets are often issued 24–48 hours before the event and may require a smartphone, internet access and the ability to display digital tickets.
